Refund policy

The Sandy Santa is committed to providing our customers with quality products and exceptional customer service. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we realize that sometimes you may want to return or exchange merchandise. Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and simple as possible.  

If within 30 days of your purchase, you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept the return of your new, unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund less shipping and handling charges.  The returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, with your original sales receipt.  Please keep a copy of your sales receipt for your records. Refunds will not be issued for items that arrive to us damaged. Please make sure to package your items securely. If your items arrive to us damaged, please contact your carrier with your tracking number to file a claim. No refunds or exchanges will be offered on purchases older than 30 days.    

In the unlikely case that your item has arrived to your destination damaged, please notify us before returning your purchase.  

Any items that are on sale, part of a promotion, or included in our “After Christmas” Sale are NOT Returnable or Refundable.

Special Orders ARE NOT Returnable nor Refundable. 

Shipping and handling charges ARE NOT refundable.  

Cancellation policy:  For cancellations and/or changes to an existing order, customers must email thesandysanta@gmail.com with Subject line: Order Cancellations/changes before order marked shipped. Please call email again if the order has shipped.
